Food Quality News: Advances in information and communication technology (ICT) are leading to improvements in food security and safety in Asia and the Pacific, according to the UN’s Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO).
The Fresh Produce Safety Centre Ltd (FPSC) is an industry-led, not-for-profit company established to enhance fresh produce safety across Australia and New Zealand through research, outreach and education.
